You will fuel revenue growth and expand market reach for TCSβs Microsoft offerings, including Azure, M365, and D365. This onsite role offers a competitive annual compensation in the range of USD 127,900 to 150,500 per year, with the chance to steer joint GTM and coβsell initiatives with Microsoft, while cultivating executive relationships with Microsoft and major enterprise accounts. Youβll collaborate across disciplines to shape cloud strategies and partner programs in a culture that values strategic thinking, customer outcomes, and high performance.
The position emphasizes leadership in partner sales, crossβfunctional collaboration with Azure, Data, Security, and M365 practices, and a path to influence how TCS engages the Microsoft ecosystem. Youβll travel as needed for partner meetings, industry events, and client engagements, and you will work onsite in Detroit, MI.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow account revenue; define quarterly and annual TCV targets aligned to TCS cloud initiatives.
- Articulate the value proposition of TCS offerings to technical and business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships across technical and business leadership.
- Develop and execute joint goβtoβmarket strategies with Microsoft Partner Development Managers and field sales teams.
- Drive coβsell motions by registering and advancing partnerβoriginated and partnerβinfluenced deals in Microsoft Partner Center.
- Cultivate executive relationships at Microsoft and with key enterprise accounts to enable largeβscale Azure adoption.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with Microsoft stakeholders, presenting pipeline health, wins, and growth roadmap.
- Collaborate with TCS practice heads (Azure, Data, Security, M365) to build compelling joint solutions for the market.
- Manage Microsoft partner competencies and designations to maintain and elevate TCSβs partner status.
- Maximize partner incentives, including MCI, Azure Consumed Revenue rebates, and coβop marketing funds utilization.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and Microsoft ecosystem shifts, feeding insights to the alliance strategy team.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a highβperformance partner sales culture.
Requirements
- 13β15 years of overall IT sales experience, with at least 5+ years selling in the cloud domain.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed multiβmillionβdollar sales targets.
- Technical literacy in cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, AI/ML, data & analytics, security, hybrid cloud); Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZβ900) highly preferred.
- AI literacy with insight into industry evolution and daily use of Copilot and related Microsoft AI products; foundational understanding of Azure, M365, D365 AI offerings.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with Cβlevel executives during onsite engagements.
- Bachelorβs degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for partner meetings, industry events, and client engagements.
